Plouffe pisses off Rove by "denigrating" Bush's stuffed codpiece action hero landing on USS Lincoln

Rove loses his cool in debate with Obama aide

By David Edwards and Gavin Dahl
Sunday, March 21st, 2010 -- 11:58 am

Rove also claimed Sunday that Democrats would suffer huge losses in the fall if health care reform is passed. Plouffe suggested that Rove should pull out the "Mission Accomplished" banner to prematurely celebrate Republicans' electoral gains.

Rove: “This thing is paid for with Bernie-Madoff-style accounting. … It’s a gigantic disaster.”

Plouffe: “Karl and the Republicans would be familiar with that.”

Rove: “You will bankrupt the country if this bill passes. … For God’s sake, will you stop throwing around epitaphs and deal with the facts for once, David? … We will fight the election on this,. and the Democrats will have significant losses in the House and Senate as a result of this bill.”

Plouffe: “If Karl and a lot of Republicans want to call the election already, they ought to break out that ‘Mission Accomplished’ banner.”

Rove: “That’s cheesy, David. … You should not denigrate the mission of the USS Abraham Lincoln.”

2. His "manly asset." Remember how hot for him Gordon Liddy and Chris Matthews were?

3. If ever Rove needed his microphone cut off it was during that segment.
He was particularly gassy in monopolizing time and not contributing to the conversation he was invited to participate in, which was about the politics of the vote not the substance of the bill.

He tried to turn Plouffe's remark about Bush's silly Mission Accomplished USO show as somehow insulting the troops.

Rove should be relegated to Fox News where they are used to the stench.

4. i still doubt bush was on that jet when it landed
Edited on Sun Mar-21-10 09:08 PM by GreatCaesarsGhost
there were no pics of him getting out of it because they turned it around

and he "got out" away from the camera.

Too risky for the potus* to do a landing on a carrier.

in fact, i doubt all of junior's accomplishments.
