I've heard/read this claim several times today, but to the best of my knowledge, that claim is simply not true.
Unless I missed something. Please talk me down, I'd LOVE to be wrong on this.

anti-trust needs to be taken up separately, because of the latest anti-trust rulings from the robert's court. You want a repeal to be airtight, and there's no way to squeeze it into the HRC bill.
Frankly, it needs to come from Judiciary, not Ways and Means.
