which is the point. Not that Republicans behave bipartisan. Obama had built his campaign on being able to work with both parties. Not that both parties would work with him. For the most part it has been successful. People see Congress as hyper-partisan, but not Obama. Now you might question what Obama gets out of that, but he's the guy trying to run the country.
