I have two questions

First, is any network covering the gallery?

Secondly, does whatever is passed tonight go straight to the President for signature or does it require action by the Senate? I've heard both.

2. The Senate bill goes to the President to sign
which he will probably do tonight. The reconciliation bill will go to the Senate for a vote.
