There are First Class seats (I can't imagine a man of his "stature" traveling in -- or fitting in Coach) on Tuesday morning's flights to San Jose Costa Rica.
US Airways has a 6:35 AM departure from New York, and Delta has a 5:45 AM flight from Miami (not sure where he is these days).
Better book soon!
