2. Here's what I dug up on who yelled it...
"Though rumor had it that the screamer was Republican Rep. John Campbell, he adamantly denied the assertion. "It was in my area. I thought it was a Southern accent," Campbell said, adding that some Republicans reportedly recognized the voice but wouldn't point fingers. "Californians are in one row, Texans sit behind us. I am being told it's a Texan. The people who know won't give it up.""

Blumenthal has a clip of it and compared it to Radanovich: http://maxblumenthal.com/2010/03/who-called-stupak-baby-killer/#more-1130

But I think it sounds more like Gohmert, now that I've heard it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNOq1kwRbgg

Here he is at a Tea Bagger Rally: http://joemygod.blogspot.com/2010/03/rep-louie-gohmert-r-tx-demons-have.html

13. Likely a Texan. Californian said it came from behind him to his left. Joe Barton knows.
Texas sits in the row behind California.

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/44/2010/03/stupak-called-baby-killer-on-h.html?wprss=44

ep. John Campbell (R-Calif.) acknowledged late Sunday night that a Republican yelled "baby killer" as Democratic Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) urged his fellow Democrats to vote down a Republican amendment on abortion services in the health-care legislation.snip

Campbell, initially suspected as the lawmaker who shouted the phrase, told reporters that he didn't say it and believed that it came from a member sitting a row behind him, where the Texas Republicans usually sit. Campbell said he heard "a Southern accent".

"The people who know won't give it up," Campbell told reporters. He said the remark was "clear as a bell."

Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas) said he heard the remark and said it did come from in the area of where the Texas and California delegations sit. He said he believes he knows who yelled it, but declined to say anymore.

"I can make a guess," Barton said.
