Reality dawns on Gov. McDonnell's transportation pixie dust (*snort*)
Campaign pledge:
Bob McDonnell will make transportation infrastructure a four-year priority, beginning with substantial reforms in the 2010 General Assembly session.

Reality:
OH, WELL, so much for that campaign promise. With the 2010 General Assembly session complete, the totality of Gov. Robert F. McDonnell's transportation initiatives so far amounts to

-- wait for it --

reopening highway rest stops that were closed last year and staffing them with prison inmates.

Prison inmates??? Don't stop in VA.

4. It's from WaPo.
I guess that is a reliable source for this report, but they are dropping credibility rapidly.

They aren't 'rest' stops now.

Well Mr. Governor are you going to get the stinky disgusting crappers open or not?

"Bobblehead" is already a joke but of course the Times-Dispatch last week had a half page picture of him with "Agenda Successful" 20 point font headline

6. Somebody should print
some stickers that can be slapped on signs if he does man them with convicts. The public should be warned.

8. Boy am I glad I've got a concealed carry permit.
I guess we'll have to furnish our own armed guards when we have to stop for a dump in VA.
