It's a basic part of his belief system and facts won't change it. Hate from the far right religious nuts he thought were his friends might make him a little less likely to derail necessary legislation in an attempt to force his religion on the rest of us, but he's not going to change his cockeyed, lying religious dogma about birth control, ever.

Stupak has bought into all the garbage Rome has been peddling about women for years, I'm afraid. He's irredeemable in that aspect and will never see birth control as an essential part of maintaining the health of half the human population.
