But there were some. I was one. There were probably about as many protesters against "Operation Desert Storm" as there are "Teabaggers", but we couldn't get any notice or any press whatsoever.

I'll never forget when GHWB said this in a speech, "And to the protesters? We didn't even HEAR you."

It broke my heart. Not, "we didn't agree and did what we thought was right". "We didn't even HEAR you."

So to the Teabagger garbage, I'd like to say this, we heard you. You were loud and obnoxious and racist and uninformed, and demented, and pathetic and LOUD. We heard you. You were Chicken Little screaming that the sky was falling. The liberal news media made sure we heard you. We heard you for months and months. Got it? We heard you.

And we didn't agree and we did what we thought was right.
