And I'm sure none of his listeners would interpret "wipe them out" as anything but hyperbole, and after due calm and careful consideration, would conclude that Mr. Limbaugh meant it in an electoral sense only. At least, that will be what his defense argument will boil down to. fear mongering alone would bring down the bill. All of these right wing barkers actually start to believe their own hype (that they speak for "the people").
