8. When he makes an apology that sounds sincere on his own time...
...rather than riding someone else's coattails for the cheapest, dirtiest form of publicity.

And only confesses when it looks as though he's going to be caught.

10. I think his apology sound legit -
"I have apologized to Mr. Stupak and also apologize to my colleagues for the manner in which I expressed my disappointment about the bill. The House Chamber is a place of decorum and respect. The timing and tone of my comment last night was inappropriate."

12. He didn't "express his disappointment about the bill."
He hurled invective having nothing to do with the bill.

Apology FAIL.

14. No, he didn't.
He issued a fake apology for something he didn't do, hoping we'd forget what he did. He's no doubt eager to "move on."

Something like this would have been closer to an apology.

15. And now Neugebauer is pretending that he called the *bill* a "baby killer."
Lying motherfucker isn't even admitting what he did, much less apologizing for it.

6. A Birther Bill cosponsor.
Wiki: On June 12, 2009, Neugebauer signed on as a co-sponsor of H.R. 1503, the bill introduced as a reaction to conspiracy theories which claimed that U.S. President Barack Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen.
