Help Rush Limbaugh Remember to Leave the Country

Since Rush Limbaugh has mere hours before the Health Care Secret Police drag him to the Health Care Gulag, a nice Facebook group helpfully reminds the talk show host to “remember to leave the country” now that the health bill has passed the House.

Last week, Limbaugh swore he’d move to Costa Rica if Obama imposed his dark vision of a health care system that doesn’t drop HIV positive people or leave tens of millions without coverage or discriminate against domestic violence victims or arbitrarily hike up premiums or …. you know this list is endless. Costa Rica, of course, is a capitalist utopia presided over by Jesus and an animatronic Ayn Rand. (Actually, as Daniela pointed out, Costa Rica has universal, public health care and a life expectancy of 78.8 years.)


Anyway, the Facebook group, titled Help Rush Remember to Leave the Country has amassed 13,335 fans already. It gives Limbaugh useful information like a link to Costa Rica’s official tourism site. It gives fans useful information like Rush Limbaugh’s public email, to which they can send Limbaugh gentle reminders that it’s time for him to go.
