I hope the tide has turned from Reagan's union busting in 1981.
Thirty years almost.
Reagan busting the Air Traffic Controllers' Union.

I hope we are back to the time of social programs and the ideals of FDR.

1. There aren't many unions left to bust
We'd have to hope the tide would turn and organizing would become the norm

4. Well, Big Dog and the Bushes have been bad for Unions
and the DLC seems to be the same thing -
It looks like we (the dems) will be busting the teachers union next. Teacher union busting will be Obama's homage to Raygun. The big dog passed nafta as his homage..

6. Obama is trying to bust the teachers union
In fact, Obama looks to really be trying to emulate Reagan in all the wrong ways.

9. What possibly made you think that? "Social programs"?
Why would the government do anything to help anyone that they couldn't overpay the private industry to do for them in a less effective manner?
