12. I saw that...
BTW, I thought Steve McMahon agrees that Dean's 50-state strategy worked and will work again in the next primary.

5. True, Obama openly and obviously included Republican ideas
and held conferences with Republicans to get their input. It was on C-Span for heaven's sake. And yet the Republicans scream and cry that they were not allowed to participate in the process.

They wanted to start over after months and months of endless discussions -- to which they were invited and at which they and the public were present or observing?

The Republicans did not earn their paychecks on this one. They did nothing but waste the public dollars spent on their salaries.

Shame on them.

On the other hand, many people are not that happy with the Health Care Reform bill that was passed. The only costs it cuts are Medicare costs. It gives insurance companies free rein to do what they want for years to come. So, Democrats may not be helped all that much themselves.

7. Actually the ReTHUG who invited Obama to their retreat
Pence - must be feeling like the biggest ass today. Obama used the momentum gained after that ass whipping of gargantuan proportions. Nancy Pelosi and Clyburn deserve a lot of praise here.

Here's Howie Dean. Howie Dean congrats Ed for working hard on this one.

13. Howie is class
all the way. I'm an original Dean man myself. I remember the press and the blowing the scream totally out of proportion and went into a depression for a while there. Bushco was scared to death of facing Dean in '04 and they had to stop him any way they could so they used their lackey press to attack him anyway they could. I guarantee you that karl roves fingerprints is all over that smear of Dr. Dean, no doubt in my mind on that. :hi:
