with this legislation.

Literally, nothing has changed. That's nothing, zip, zero, zilch and nada.

2. All Obama did was reaffirm the Hyde amendment
That was bad enough, but he really had no choice. It's not like he could overturn it by fiat. He's not Cheney, after all, guiding the hand of a moron doing signing statements.
