Losin' It: Repugs are going Bat Guano crazy......
Texas Republican says he shouted 'baby killer'
By JIM ABRAMS, AP

WASHINGTON — Texas Republican Rep. Randy Neugebauer acknowledged Monday that he is the lawmaker who shouted out "baby killer" during a floor speech by Rep. Bart Stupak, an anti-abortion Democrat whose vote was crucial to passing the Democratic health care bill Sunday evening.

Neugebauer, who has represented a solidly GOP district that includes the city of Lubbock since 2003, said he had apologized to Stupak for his outburst, which drew a rebuke from the chair during the often-rowdy debate.

"Those that are shouting out are out of order," said Rep. David Obey, D-Wis., who was presiding in the chair at the time.

Neugebauer insisted in a statement that he was not referring directly to Stupak but to the agreement that the Michigan Democrat helped work out with the White House. That eleventh-hour agreement, under which President Barack Obama said he would issue an executive order pledging that no federal funds be used for abortions, helped seal the last votes Democrats needed to pass the bill.

He said his exact words, referring to that agreement, were "it's a baby killer." ........(more)

8. Not to mention
The incredible coincidence of his shouting at just the moment Stupak arrived to speak. Yeah, I just happened to be hollering about how cheap the Republicans are when their chairman Michael Steele got to the podium. So I was really shouting that they were "niggardly," not that other word.

6. Has anyone thought to give this poor man the benefit of the doubt?

Could it be that he is simply stupid? Maybe he thinks that "no government funding for abortion" actually means "baby killing open season". We don't know what his I.Q. is. We can certainly guess at the I.Q. of the people who voted him into office.

Is it possible that instead of maniacal monsters the republican members of the house are just idiots? Could be they were all dropped on their heads as babies.

10. Toooo TRUE
Studies prove that the less educated you are,

the more likely you will accept a one sided argument.

Educated people need to hear both sides before they make a decision.

7. Even worse than Bat Guano crazy, they are going Brig. Gen. Jack D. Ripper crazy.
Col. Bat Guano was kinda nuts, what with his condemnation of preversions:

But Brig. Gen. Ripper, now THAT was a nut. Or as we would call him today, a Republican.

(Of course, he may have been right about the Commies and our precious bodily fluids.)
