6. I'm worried that gov't mandated purchases are now 'past practice'
and suits in the MFN (most favored nation) vein will come if we deny them after this.

The SCOTUS are activist neocons and they'll refuse to hear it, or OK it, so Republicans with unlimited campaign funds will grab power and mandate we buy all kinds of crap.

Guns, life insurance, bonds, stocks, all can be mandated under threat of enforcement.

b. This bill doesn't need expanding. Improvement means a complete re-definition of the system it institutionalizes.
