4. No. We need to put a stop to throwing that word around for every tiny

thing that goes on.

We have not closed gitmo, we extended the patriot act, and we continue 2 wars because of that word. It does not need to be further dumbed down. We do not need to convict every child or adult vandal, name caller, or otherwise misdemeanor crime on terra charges.

Not to mention if we keep calling vandalism terrorism it's going to be hard to call actual terrorism (if they ever get around to it) the name it deserves when they blow something up or open fire on a crowd.

and it shouldn't be messed around with by the locals, who might just drop it.
