wow...Perth gets hit with freak hailstorm. . .

wow...Perth gets hit with freak hailstorm. . .
Well, I know it is Aussie Land, but Down Under just started Autumn, and apparently Perth hasn't had much rain since November. . .Yesterday, the city was hit with a massive storm with golfball-size hail, winds up to 75 mph, and 78,000 people left without power:

From 6pr radio: "The devastation left by the freak storm that hit Perth yesterday is set to be in the millions of dollars with 78,000 homes still without power and thousands of homes and cars damaged from hail."

haha...toward the end of the third one, you see a young kid in a spongebob raincoat out with his dad (I think) having a quick hailstone fight. . .

2. They had freakish storms around Melbourne area

March 5-6th, massive rain flooding and hail. Freakish weather down under this year.

3. wow...they really did get hit hard. . ..
I suppose for Melb it might have helped eliminate that dry fire threat...
