Pelosi & Impeachment-what's happening?

Yesterday there was a huge thread about Nancy & Impeachment and today there's NOTHING on DU about it. What gives? Did she blow everyone off or what? Sure looks like it. :argh:

5. yesterday there was a misleading thread about Nancy and impeachment

Not surprising that there isn't much today.

More specifically, yesterday there was a thread that made it sound like Pelosi was affirmatively soliciting calls from those supporting impeachment. There is absolutely no evidence that this is the case. Rather, it appears that groups supporting impeachment started up a campaign to get people to call Pelosi's office to ask her to support impeachment. THere is nothing wrong with a letter writing or phone campaign. But making it sound like the campaign was at Pelosi's initiative and/or invitation as opposed to its actual source is, well, a bit disingenuous imho.
