And will a sentence of life without parole really mean FOR LIFE? Sad thing is, this monster will probably be outbefore he's forty since he didn't actually succeed in killing this little girl and her mother.

Arthur Goodwin, in jail awaiting trial on five counts of raping an 11-year-old girl, wants to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.
Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor Ryan Nelson thinks he can prove Goodwin is sane enough to go to trial.
That's because Goodwin now is accused of trying to orchestrate from his Justice Center cell a murder-for-hire plot to kill the 11-year-old rape victim.
"He wanted her dead because, in his words, 'No witness, no case,' " Nelson said of the new charges against Goodwin....
