Update: Brick thrown through Monroe County Democratic Committee office window
Edited on Tue Mar-23-10 07:35 AM by Earth_First
Rochester, NY: ...information about the brick that was thrown through the window of the Monroe County Democratic Headquarters on University Avenue -- it turns out there was a note attached.

A local democratic spokesman said the note read "extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice." That's a quote from a speech that republican presidential candidate Barry Goldwater gave in 1964.

1. Note should have said "extremism in the defense of 'denied by pre-existing condition' is no vice"
That would have made it truthful.

3. So, how'd that work out for Barry?
""extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice." That's a quote from a speech that republican presidential candidate Barry Goldwater gave in 1964."

Did he even come in a close second?

4. To today's GOPrs, Goldwater would be a pinko com-symp socialist.
