So I have to know: Are Democratic politicians still willing to sit on their hands in November |

...and continue supporting a status quo that does not work in the best interest of the people, continue to answer to wall street before main street, continue to completely ignore poverty as an issue and poor people in particular, continue to shaft teachers, unions, women, and gays all while accepting millions and millions of dollars from corporate stakeholders -
Are Democratic politicians willing to keep doing this in November and thus allow those that called Rep. Lewis the N word, or yelled homophobic slurs at Rep Barney Frank to control Congress? Are Democratic corporate shills, who tirelessly put the whims of multi-millionaires ahead of the needs of the poor willing to let the teabaggers have it all?
Or will our Democratic politicians understand that the moral imperative to stand with workers and to prioritize the needs of poor people and working class families first (not only, but first) is critical to our survival as a society, and therefore stand with people over profit?
I certainly hope so.
EDIT - and I certainly hope that if they do not, they are appropriately blamed for the GOP victories that they enable.

Yeah, I'm all for activism but when do we get to the part where they work for us? Seems it's all been going the other way.

4. I think you know the answer to this question. |
|
Which is why I will not be sitting on my hands. I'll be voting and working for any left-of-center candidate I can find on my ballot.
Hopefully, I'll be able to find one.

The voters however are to be guilt-tripped into voting for them anyway.
