that's not quite what he said. He responded to a caller after the previous caller talked about her health insurance company planning on creating a private insurance plan for some who could come to Costa Rica for their procedures. The flight and stay included in their premiums paid. When the second caller ask Rush what he was going to do if the bill passed, he said tongue n cheek going to Costa Rica for his healthcare. Context always makes the perceived irony less relevent to the point being presented. Otherwise, it would be funny.
