7. Yep. I have a number of Friends that tell me the same, they said they

just could not stand all of the RW stuff anymore. It's a shame what the R party has become, because I thought in the old days, well way back, the R's and D's sort of balanced each other out so we got a middle of the road but good solution.

Now it flips one way or the other and has so severely polarized the nation which is very bad for the country. I still have some moderate friends that are R's, but I really don't think they pay enough attention to how much the R party has changed. I'm glad you are with the D's.

5. I think there is some overlap between the categories.

Most of the fearful, ignorant rednecks and hick are also racists. Actually, come to think of it, most of the rich people, childlike libertarians, and tin-foil hat wearers are probably racists, too.

My sincerest hope is that there is a special place in the after life for the religiously insane GOP. No hell fire or damnation, just a place where Jesus appears as Middle Eastern Semite and all of the GOP Christians are forced to learn ancient Aramaic and wear period clothing.
