4. Tort cases have been proven to take up only about .01% or 1%
of the cost of Health Insurance so why the big rush to put in tort reform. So the Insurance companies wouldn't have to pay out any of that money they give to CEO's.

5. Pukes bring this up not because they actually want Tort reform it is
because it gives them street cred they are looking out for the richest and most powerful amongst us.

If they actually wanted tort reform, the dem's would have put it in there along with the PO as a quid pro quo and got them to vote for the bill. They knew the pukes wouldn't vote for anything they did so they figured why bother, let them propose it on their own if they want it so bad. Which they don't really give a sh*t about it.
