and how? how would medicare for all?
fiscally conservative friend is pointing to these numbers:
Current Medicare liabilities are $75 Trillion, Prescription drug liabilities are $19 Trillion and Social Security liabilities are $14 Trillion!

Sure, our commitments to all Americans currently living for Medicare and Social Security are probably that many trillions of dollars. And that amounts to 6% of our national economy over the roughly 100 years that those liabilities will be paid out for.
