She's such a fashionista I'm SURE she could make "prison orange" look real good!

8. Maybe? Never?
I'm watching the delay between ANY message of prosecution for those who - well. Let's put it this way. Until someone high up puts a bullet in a Dem, Progressive, or Liberal brain? Nothing. And even then? I'm not certain.

It seems like only people on the left get punished and chastised.

10. Since she is involving herself in the internal politics of several coal-producing states,
I wonder when she is going to propose that the coal companies give all the residents of WV, PA, TN, VA, CO, etc., the type of annual payments that she and her fellow Alaskans receive from the oil companies! How about it, Sarah?

21. Obviously, I don't really think she'll be arrested.
But do I believe she should? Hell yeah.

Palin, Beck, etc. are going into dangerous territory beyond that of simply free speech. Using gun innuendo on a bunch of deranged, hate-filled lunatics when discussing Democratic politicans is just asking for trouble.

When do we put a stop to this? Does somebody actually have to die first?

26. Speech which directly instigates violence or causes harm is not protected.
She continues to toe the line on that. In addition, she and her tea party are knocking on the door of domestic terrorism. The Department of Defense Dictionary of Military Terms defines terrorism as: the calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological.

33. I think the bigger issue is domestic terrorism, as her actions fit the definition...
...in both the Patriot Act: (i) to intimidate or coerce a
civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a
government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the
conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or
kidnapping, AND the Department of Defense Dictionary of
Military Terms: the calculated use of unlawful violence or
threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to
coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the
pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or
ideological.

34. Clearly if it doesn't rise to the standard in Brandenburg for incitement, it wouldn't for terrorism.

24. We still have to follow the laws
Unless there is direct evidence that can be used in a court of law, then there is nothing they can do about it.

Palin uses lots of code words that allow plausible deniability, so unless she says something really dumb, even for herself, she won't get arrested.

Sarah is doomed to make millions for being Sarah.

Life is strange.
