Call me a convert to Karma!!
OMG, OMG...this is so unfuckingbelievable!

This so-called 'gourmet' dog and cat food manufacturer is finally getting their day of reckoning!

Pet food firm owners accused of stealing $2M in electricity, gas

http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2010/03/pet-food-firm-owners-accused-of-stealing-2m-in-eletricity-gas.html

********************

Long story, short--a close friend of mine has two precious Pomeranians who are like her children, they were POISONED by their canned dog food about two years ago. They spent nearly three weeks at the vet in intensive care and almost died! My friend spent a HUGE amount of money to get them better and the vet took samples which directly related the food to the illness. My friend sent the samples (opened and unopened) to a lab in another state, then those results were sent to the AG in IL. There are a number of pending cases against this company for selling tainted food AND KNOWING IT. They were contacted numerous times, they told my friend to fuck off every time. She has an attorney and is in the process of suing them in civil court and there are other parties involved.

Now I am a true believer in the concept of Karma!! I hope this place gets shut the fuck DOWN. My friend only wanted to be reimbursed for cost from the vet, they turned her down flat. Her male dog still has permanent kidney damage, too.

Wow.

1. Science is for losers, the supernatural is for winners.
Let's all buy Ouija boards and become detectives!

6. It's all about the balance...
Nature and Science seek balance... so does Karma...

Some "woo" is merely as yet undiscovered science.

9. Science is a process, a tool, it does not seek anything.
Balance means nothing to nature.

We don't discover science, we invent scientific processes to suit our needs.

The notion of karma as used in the OP requires extremely selective evidence consideration or requires other supernatural conditions.

11. Where's the karma for Dick Cheney or George Bush or Donald Rumsfeld?
For that matter, did karma take a pass for the idiot who first poisoned the political well, Ronnie Raygun? Sure Alzheimer's is a destructive disease but the person themselves doesn't really "suffer" that much from it. It's the people around them who suffer. Ronnie sailed off into the sunset probably thinking he was still in a movie. Nice, long, blissful, oblivious life. So much for karma.

5. Good for you!
It is so scary wrt food quality and how they prep it (think about the Chinese pet food ingredients recall). We use either Flint River Ranch food or Blue Buffalo (when we're in a pinch) for our doxies and Evo for the kitties.

8. Actions = consequences. (Sometimes.)
I hate to be "Debby Downer" but don't celebrate yet. It's going to be a long, hard process. But don't give up! That's what these Corporate Lawyers count on - they are on retainer so they will keep delaying the process (because it doesn't cost the corp any extra money) while they hope to drain you dry.

I am happy to hear of your good news, but don't celebrate yet. And don't let their many "tricks" work on you, either.

Frankly, this is not "Karma". Hopefully, you will find Justice. But Justice and Karma are 2 different things.

I hope you find Justice!

Karma will come later.

13. If it happened to someone I dislike it was Karma.
If it happened to a friend it was Bad Luck.

If it happened to me it was a horrible injustice and heads will roll!
