Georgia's AG refused the Gov. Sonny Perdue's request to sue
the Fed. Gov't over the HC bill. The AG said he could find no valid legal reason to do so, and it would be extremely expensive to do so anyway!

Thank you mr. AG! Although maybe you should have let Snny look like the idiot he is when he lost the case. Sonny said he will find another way to sue, and said he's had several attorneys already contact him about doing so.

1. Every time I hear "Sonny Perdue", I think.... Chickens
I think he looks at every issue and thinks, "Hmmm, How does this affect chicken sales?"

2. He's one of our very few elected Democrats left.

He's running for Governor in 2010.

Additionally, he was appointed by Zell Miller before he won that office in the next election.

4. I liked him until you said he was appointed by Zell! Should I
be concerned?

5. No. Believe it or not, there was a time when Zell was not what you see today.
He really has lost his mind. Sad, really.

6. That's back when Zell Miller wasn't a right wing lunatic
He was actually pretty progressive for the south back when he was Governor.

3. The cost thing was brought up on the radio yesterday, and there is a lawyer
here in Colorado who is going to be working on that cost angle.

It truly is amazing that the RWers are complaining about taxes and spending of money and yet they will pull something like this.

I correct myself.. not amazing at all. Typical hypocritical crap.

7. And our idiot AG is part of that lawsuit.
We Coloradans disavow any knowledge or ownership of John Suthers and ask to be forgiven while Colorado figures out a way to remove the idiot from his position to a federally funded mental hospital in Ft. Logan.
