g.o.p. to it's f***wit base: 'Please don't kill anybody, okay'?
Edited on Thu Mar-25-10 07:55 AM by Philosoraptor
I just saw that uber patriot john mcpain on t.v. stating that the grand old party abhors violence, hates violence, dislikes violence and prays to God every night that teabaggers and knuckledraggers don't do anything too violent, cause, you know, the republicans really despise violence.

Hey assholes, YOU built this monster out of parts and pieces of our nation's craziest fuckwits, you brought it to life, and now you're asking this monster to pretty please not kill anyone over losing the health care debate. I read Frankenstein, saw the movie, and there is no happy ending for Mr. Frankenstein or his wretched creation.

Yesterday kkkarl rove said that the teabaggers are 'unsophisticated', well guess what unkle kkarl, these unsophisticated, violence-prone losers that make up the republican base are YOUR bastard children, coming home to roost. You and rush and glen brung em' to the prom, now you have to dance with them.

Oh and remember, violence is bad m'kay?

11. K&R means "Kicked and recommended; N/T means no text
so somebody commented on the OP (original Post) causing it to rise (get kicked) to the top of the forum page. Then the commenter recommended the post (option at the bottom of the post)

NT means the poster didn't right anything more than the subject line of his comment.

Cheers and welcome to DU!

:hi:

12. K&R = Kicked and Recommended. NT = "No Text"
Each reply "kicks" a thread back up to the top of its category
(so here, to the top of "General Discussions").

You can also Recommend (or Unrecommend) a thread; if it
has more than a net of five positive recommendations, it
appears on the lists of "Greatest" threads.

And finally, if you've said everything you have to say on the
post's "Subject" line (so the body is empty), many people
put "NT" or "(NT)" at the end of the subject line so the readers
know they don't have to open the post to read the (empty)
message body.

3. The excuses offered up by the republicers that "people are mad"
is no different that excusing a wife beater because "she made him mad".
I hear the South Park episode with the "they took our jobs" mantra every time they try to make their lame excuses.

5. I'd be a lot more sympathetic to their plight if they were actually concerned about people that
might get hurt. If it were just a failed effort at being proto-fascists and they realized it had spiraled out of control and were trying to reign it in out of a sense of civic responsibility I'd actually be impressed. What they're actually worried about is that their rabid morons will kill someone and it'll make them look bad. They don't care about who may or may not get killed. All they care about is how it will reflect on them.

14. So was the Civil Rights movement sophisticated?
No - they had leaders who abhorred violence and made sure all members of the movement followed suit. ReTHUGS encouraged the violence from day one.

15. Hell...
they don't want to dance with them...they're just afraid if they denounce the monster and decline the dance invite, that they will just go start a 3rd party and splinter the Republican party. And that means the Republicans won't be able to win again for the foreseeable future.

Simple really, "they are damned if they do, and damned if they don't", and that suits me just fine. :)

16. McCain hates violence.
After all, he got shot down on a hot-dog, unauthorized, low-level strafing run over Hanoi in a an A-4.
