the final bill? I have been sick the last couple of days. What has changed?

Edit: I ssee what it says but I'm just making sure. I missed some days.

1. The bulk of the bill is now law; the senate's voting on a handful of changes to it. (nt)

3. the changes to the bill that was signed yesterday
since the House had to pass the Senate bill without any changes (or it would have been sent back to the Senate and needed 60 votes) this is how we tweak it.

5. I think the changes were small. Something to do with Pell Grants.
But school loans are still cutting out the banks.
