Their usual tactic. So we have to be sharp about getting ahead of them.

in this situation, simple cheerleading is going to do nothing to steel ourselves to deal with the losses that are coming in November.
Many Democratic representatives have made enemies, especially Blue Dogs. They simply will not be supported this fall by progressive voters, even if they came around at the last minute, like Stupak and his group. When you look at the election map, and see that most Democratic legislators that have been elected in the last few elections are in fairly red (or decidedly purple) districts, the potential to swing back to Repuke control of at least the House is quite large.
I predict that there will be very little recognition of "benefits" of HCR by Election Day, and the reich wing will have its talking points sharpened up immensely by that time. I also anticipate large boosts in health insurance premiums this year, I don't see where in the bill there is money being provided to pay for the healthcare of the people who have been excluded by insurance companies, who will now have to be covered.
Frankly, at this point, we need to hope that the most wingnutty teabaggers get the seats, so their stupidity can be on full display for two years. We are better off replacing Blue Dogs with true progressives in 2012, anyway, and having no incumbent Blue Dog in the seat makes that easier.

6. While you're at it, how about making some noise about those |

Republican-made electronic voting machines? At least half the states are still using them, and many Dems. aren't even bothered. Just begging for trouble, I guess.
