Ya just can't win for losing these days. The guy writes a reasonable assessment of what happened and he gets canned.

1. He got fired as W speech writer because his wife sent emails bragging about him

Frum wrote "Axis of evil" after what was supposed to be lots of thinkin' and stuff

His wife, the day after the W speech, sent some emails bragging on her man (who wouldn't?) and the White House (Rove) got wind of them and Frum was fired.

NO ONE STANDS ABOVE THE MAN

Richard Perle brought Frum back into the fold letting him co-author a book.

I'm sure Frum got a "talking to" in the past...he all but endorsed President Obama in the waning days of the election and was critical of Palin and the teabaggers. He obviously jumped the shark in the "think tank" world when he started biting the hand of those who throw money at them.

He had to know he was treading on thin ice and quickly took to the cables...all but daring them to act. Now he's increased his punditry value...maybe going "Andrew Sullivan"...or who knows, he could do the full "David Brock". Methinks Frum is not sad to be kicked out of the party of "no" and bigotry.
