I am shocked that it wasn't keyed during the election.

I went to the local Kroger's after work and when I came out, noticed the nice deep gouge from the front quarter panel clear to the back on the driver's side.

I have good insurance and it will only cost me 25 bucks to fix it, but geesh.

I have seen several McCain/Palin stickers and while I laugh that they are still on some ignorant person's car, I have NEVER once thought about keying it!

1. Where do you live?
I can't see your profile so I'm curious. Just say North, South, East or West.

7. Considering I have had that vehicle since I bought it in 2005 and this is the first scratch
I will assume it is the sticker

19. Your Totally Correct
I swear, I have a feeling. The 1st sec I read your post. It's logically plausible for sure, but I got a gut vibe. Your right. Try to position your car at that parking lot, so mischief makers will worry about being seen.

5. That's nothing - I actually saw a truck with W04 and Defeat Hillary bumper stickers. TODAY.
Seriously, after 6 years, it's time to take those off your fucking truck.

15. I'm Glad They Keep The
W 04 and McCain Palin stickers on their vehicles. It is the sign their favorite comedian Jeff Foxworthy talks about. Helps us identify the idiots. My real question is why so many of these vehicles are owned by the poorest people? I am still amazed at any poor person who thinks the republicans are their party.

I like to think I am a mature adult.

I just can not believe people think it is okay to vandalize other's property just because they differ in beliefs.

16. There may have been no connection at all ..
In LA a lot of kids do that for the sport and in other parts of the country too. If it were connected I would have expected it before the bill passed not afterwords. People also like to hit our mailboxes with baseball bats and knock them over. Nothing personal, just idle vandalism. We had ours rebuilt in a brick holder which is filled with cement. The guy who did it smiled and said, "Let them hit that sucker. They won't be able to move their arms for months." I'm glad your insurance can fix it.

17. I admit I've done that to cars parked in handicapped spaces
that don't have the tags.

I'm thinking it's your bumper sticker, though. My wife still has hers on her car and is starting to worry.

20. I had mine keyed during the election.
I also had what must have been a pocket knife used on one of my bumper stickers in a separate incident. Also, twice someone tried to run me off the road. But all this was back during the election.

21. I'd believe it. My cuz, also in the midwest, is Mr. Bumper Sticker
he has several supporting liberal ideas, and his car was hit with a baseball bat. Seriously. It was no accident.

25. Mine wasn't, do you think it was the "Beretta" bumper sticker?
I've got an Obama/Biden one and an Impeach Bush one too - but I think its the one that says "Beretta" with a shadowed pistol in the background that keeps the truck safe.

I have had two cars "keyed" in the TriRail parking lot in the last five years. Just asshole kids.
