Larry Beinhart has an excellent post on Huffinton about the bush ideology

Is it conservatism or theocracy or neo con? None. the bushies brought a hodgepodge of all three and mixed it up with Republicanism. The result was something really bad.
this is really good in how Bush can lie easily but, alot of stuff he never really tells an outright lie. It's all implied and spun so the conclusions are there in your mind.
And the results are going to be really bad for this country. Once the crap is all uncovered the ugliness is going to be deep. And it could destroy the republican party which is on the critical list now.
At the end he says this is a golden opportunity for the left to come to power for awhile. You see it already. nancy goes to the middle east and all the msm and the right howl. yet the polling ended up showing the American people wanted her to do this and more. They want congress to run the war. They want a general Pelosi. All the things they say is going to be bad for the democrats end up showing them the liars. The wrong as the people keep saying the opposite. They say they want deadlines and to make Bush leave. Most wish he was gone now.

Anyway, here is the story. Very enjoyable and enlightening.
