Tweety is ripping Todd Harris Republican "spokesman" a new one... |
|
Matthews is certifiable. One day we hate him, and the next day he's chewing some Republicans leg off snarling and all teeth.
He killed that guy.
"By the way, your Mom thinks you won"
He crushed that dude.

...and it's "bogus" to claim Republicans are serious about healthcare reform.

5. That was classic. "How are you going to get from 41 to 67 in the senate? You can't. You're lying." |

4. You gotta admire his love for political confrontation. |
|
If he thinks you are wrong or are trying to hide something he'll take a bite out of your rear end to get the response he wants. We may not always agree with him but I think most of us admire his tenacity.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz was also on, and she was WONDERFUL. The ass chewing takes place about 40 minutes into the show.

He attacks whoever the Beltway convention wisdom considers the "loser" of the moment. Spins on a dime.

Even HE knows the Republican "repeal and replace socialism with less socialism" is ridiculous.

15. Todd Harris is probably the most likeable and |

reasonable Republican on the TV. But the poor guy has nothing. He's left out in the cold on this one - what can he possibly say to defend the GOP on the issue?
Matthews has been repeating the same point over and over again - which is great, because it's a very important point: when they HAD the majority, when they had the majority and the White House... they did nothing on health care. Nothing. So all their claims now hold absolutely no water.
Harris tries, but there's simply no way to make that come out looking good.
