How to make Corporate Personhood Ineffective for
The Corporations.

Bill Black, in his part five of "The best way to rob a bank is to own one" states that we should embrace the notion of Corporate Personhood -as long as we also extend all the provisions of personal personhood to the Big Corporations.

For instance, why not insist that corporations also suffer from a "Three Strikes and You Are Out" ruling.

3. Here are some of my favorites
Marriage and Divorce: A company could only merge with one other company. It would have to undo that in order to merge with another. 50/50 property split.

Slavery: A company could not own another company. No more subsidiaries.

Majority: A company has to be 18 years old before it can enter into a contract.

Death Penalty: A copmany commit a capital offense. Company is dissolved.

5. AND a $2500 campaign donation limit.
That would be a good way to wipe out the recent Supreme Court decision that lets corporations donate unlimited amounts of money.
