No one can take rights away, they have to be sacrificed, given away. Once they have hit the recycle bin, you aren't likely to get those rights and privledges back. The corruption of power becomes an absolute.

groups are. The people who will be denied permits will be "Domestic Terrorists" ,as defined by the Homeland Security Act, or their associates.
