What have i done this week, the president asked himself - I've signed health care reform worth decades of progress, i passed a kick-ass student loans reform, squeezed in some recess appointments to drive wingnuts, well, nuts, and what else? Oh yea, i reduced the number of nuclear warheads in the world. I even pronounced the word "nuclear" the way it suppose to. I think i earned my Camp David weekend. I'll just chill among the tress, Michelle will give me Foot Massage and i'll sleep for two days.

Na, boring. Maybe i should just take Air Force that One, fly 13 hours to Afghanistan, stay a little bit and come back in time for the Seder. Yea, much more fun.

Robert Gibbs: "The night of the House vote on health care, the president told me that when people bet against him, 'they don’t realize that I’m just that stubborn'."

LOTS OF PICS:

5. Is it just that I want to see it
or do the troops look a lot happier than they did when Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld visited?

6. Oh, look
He didn't wear a jacket his momma sewed him, with "Commander in Chief" embroidered across the breast.

I'm so used to cringing whenever a president steps out, this doesn't feel natural. At all. If I don't see him in a shirt emblazoned with "I'M THE BOSS OF YOU" soon, I'm gonna freak.
