It implies that there was a Communist takeover, and they wish to "remove the regime."
It incites violence against the duly elected President of the United States, and therefore, MUST be removed!

That is sedition. Obama is not a communist, he didn't run on a communist ticket. They are talking about "removing" him. That is sedition.

23. That's just name-calling

The so-called petition isn't really a petition, or even a rant. It's more of a "ramble" of complaints against the President. It's cast as calling for his removal, but it does not advocate doing so by unlawful means. That's no more seditious than when the opposition wanted to remove Bill Clinton (through the lawful means of impeachment). Americans have a constitutional right to petition their government, and while this initiative is laughable, it's simply citizens exercising their constitutionally-protected right to political expression (like what we do here on DU).
