You mentioned the one where 'blue bloods' refer to the 'old money' wealthy Americans. However, when the oxygen level in blood is reduced it turns blue(ish). I believe Sarah meant that Todd doesn't have enough oxygen in his blood to even have a functioning brain. Palin has confused 'blue bloods' with the term 'code blue'.
