Willow Palin - the ringleader of Palmer burglary/vandalism....

http://theimmoralminority.blogspot.com/2010/03/law-willow-and-wicked-witch-of-wasilla.html

On December 13, a Wasilla homeowner discovered that the home they had for sale, but were no longer living in, had been broken into and vandalized.

The lock had been forced, five wooden doors had been so badly damaged they needed to be replaced, the walls and floors had been gouged with knives, and vodka and orange juice containers were strewn all over the house. It also appeared that sexual activity had taken place on some of the beds, and a computer, some winter gear, and clothing had all been stolen.

Calculations are that the home suffered between twenty to thirty thousand dollars in damage. Sources say it appeared the teens stayed in the house for several hours, perhaps even overnight.

The Troopers were quickly notified and the investigation began. And at first there were very few leads.

Then in January some information came to light which identified one of the perpetrators. This led to the revelation that the participants were 12 local teens who had used the empty house for a party, a party which had clearly spun badly out of control.

As you have undoubtedly surmised by now one of the teenagers identified was Willow Palin.

9. Holy Crap...
WTF were those kids doing to cause 20,000 to 30,000 dollars worth of damage?

Whoa, she was only 15 and Todd and Sarah took off for Hawaii? Who was "watching" Willow? Sorry but 15 isn't old enough to stay alone while you're off frolicking on vacation.

I'd be PISSED if I was one of those boy's parents. Her daughter should have to face up to the consequences.

Sarah is all about Sarah. She's a star and she'll be damned if anything or anyone will get in the way of that. Even if it means hurting her child.

72. Wait! We don't know the facts. Maybe the girls left before the damage was done.
Everyone gets fair treatment, please. Willow is a juvenile. It is normal that the names of juveniles involved in criminal conduct be confidential.

I don't like Palin, but let's be fair here. We cannot expect fairness and justice for ourselves if we do not do our best to treat others fairly and justly. We do not know all the facts. What we do know looks like a cover-up, but it's possible that it isn't.

82. You've got to be kidding.
The girls were at the party. That means at a minimum they were "breaking and entering" and "criminal trespass".

There's also the "evidence of sex", which may or may not mean statutory rape.

150. Oh really?
From the original post:
"On December 13, a Wasilla homeowner discovered that the home they had for sale, but were no longer living in, had been broken into and vandalized.

The lock had been forced, five wooden doors had been so badly damaged they needed to be replaced, the walls and floors had been gouged with knives, and vodka and orange juice containers were strewn all over the house. It also appeared that sexual activity had taken place on some of the beds, and a computer, some winter gear, and clothing had all been stolen."

If one of the girl's parents owned the house, how come they had to break in? You know...break in....breaking and entering? A crime where both genders should be investigated, not just the males.

Either you only charge the one person who forced the lock, or you charge everyone. You don't charge only the ones with a penis.

152. Only charging males?
Well, that seems to be how they go about the rape charges too. Why not breaking and entering?

I believe it was stated a couple of times already that "evidence of sex" was indicating statutory rape. If a 15 year old boy and 15 year old girl are having sex, who is committing statutory rape? The boy, the girl or both? Typically it is the boy that gets charged and the girl is the "victim."

*grumble*

85. I didn't blame the damage on Willow or just the girls...
I said WTF were those "KIDS" doing...which includes all. I didn't single out Willow or anyone else.

How fair do you think it is to those boys, if in fact Sarah worked a deal so the girls got a pass because of Willow. That's certainly not fair treatment.

Again, if I were one of the parents of those boys, and this is how it went down..I'd be more than a little pissed. And damned if I'd keep my mouth shut about the particulars of the case.

Sarah Palin is supposed to be all about personal responsibility, yet it seems every time someone related to her gets themselves into trouble she pulls rank and bullies people and gets them out. She seems to think things are different for her and her family.

96. That kind of damage wouldn't be hard to cause.
Smashed out windows, holes kicked in walls, broken doors, ruined carpet, etc. It all adds up pretty quickly.
If the water was still turned on and one broke a water line in the house that alone could almost manage it.

I'd be pissed if it were my house and the ringleader of the kids that caused the damage was going to walk because her family is special.

123. this will eventually catch up to her.
failin quitter isn't all that bright, yes she is street wise in that "I'm to stupid to do it right the first time so I have to unfuck my fuck ups later through conniving", sort of way, but that way, unlike dickhead crashcart dead eye chaney, (who as evil as he is, he actually thinks ahead and plans the most effective way to stab his enemy and friends in the back), she has continually dance faster and faster to unfuck things.

Eventually, it will catch up. Not tomorrow, not this year, not next, but it will catch up and I will be there to laugh loud and long. She will be a flaming wreck of a human when it happens.

I'm predicting 1) a divorce of epic proportions 2) massive revelations to follow.

10. It's all gonna come back and bite her in the ass one day
You just can't treat so many people so shitty for so long and get away with it forever. Something really bad is going to go down one of these days and it will no longer be possible to keep it under wraps. And when it starts to come unraveled we will see a meltdown of epic proportions as palin gets exposed as the phony she is.

From this story alone you can infer that there are a lot of pissed off people who will begin to start leaking things anonymously and when enough stuff comes out it will reach a point of critical mass. Even the liberal media who seem to be so enamored of her will have to report the story because it will go viral on the net and carried by foreign news sources. Somewhere somebody knows where all the bodies are buried and is keeping copious notes.

There ain't enough  in the world to last when the shit finally hits the fan.

14. This story is starting to get some legs. National Inquirer had the story

From the National Enquirer:

Sarah Palin's got another Wasilla wild child on her hands - 15-year-old daughter Willow who's running with the "wrong crowd".

Big sister Bristol made headlines with her out-of-wedlock pregnancy, and now Willow has been named as a participant in a teenage booze bash that got out of hand, say sources.

"Willow has been running with the wrong crowd," confides a friend. "They are a popular high school clique known as the Colony Girls, who are well known as hard partiers and are regularly involved in underage drinking and smoking dope."

Willow recently attended a party thrown at a school pal's former family home - after others broke into it, according to the friend.

"About two dozen kids broke into the house that was up for sale. They drank, played beer pong, listened to loud music - and trashed the place.

"Police were notified, and they investigated the incident for possible vandalism and breaking and entering. When the pal who threw the bash was questioned by police, she named Willow as one of the partiers."

And when word got back to Sarah about Willow's involvement, "she was furious," said the source.

The friend also maintains that Willow has a definite rebel streak like siblings, 20-year-old Track and 19-year-old Bristol.

In July 2009, Willow was photographed slamming back a bottle of vodka at a Juneau house party. "Sarah was fuming when that photo of Willow was published," said the friend.

Her older sister Bristol scandalized her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, as a dope-smoking underage drinker and party girl. At 17, she announced she was pregnant - by hunky Levi Johnston whose mother was later sent to jail for pushing drugs.

Bristol, who gave birth to baby Tripp in December 2008, later organized an much ballyhooed advocacy group to prevent teen pregnancy.

Track, meanwhile, has had drug problems in the past, and was addicted to the painkiller OxyContin before shipping off to Iraq.

The former Alaska governor - who ran for vice president on a family values platform - is upset that Willow's wild behavior could cause her embarrassment as she promotes her new gig as Fox News commentator.

"Right now, Sarah's trying to sweep the whole thing under the rug," the source said.

33. Exactly, but few families have 3 kids (all her teen plus kids) that seem to have had
trouble with alcohol or drugs and were said to have had trouble with the law.

But as you say, the coverup is the real problem. I hope that they at least took away some freedom and let her know this was wrong. They should have let her be charged. The fact is THAT could show more family values. (Remember that in 2003, as Dean ran for President, his son was involved with friends taking alcohol from a Country Club. He was escorted into court by his parents. It never became an issue in the primary campaign - even though Dean was then the front runner.

Nor the favor-calling. I might know of many cases where politicians intervene for a relative. I don't know of another case where half the suspects go scot free because one of them was the relative of a powerful, famous politician. Also, none where the powerful person doesn't at least pay for the damages. You have to have stakes in your eyes to pretend not to see that.

Hypocrisy? From a hero of the party that constantly espouses about Rule of Law and Personal Responsibility? Why can't you see that?

Edited on Tue Mar-30-10 04:15 PM by caseymoz
Political rallies, must I add? She enters her opinions loudly into the politics of this country. And she used the contacts she made as governor to pull this off. It's not something like, say, I could have pulled off for my daughter, while screwing up the prosecution of several other cases.

When she acts like a private citizen, and doesn't look like she is maybe lining up a run for president, then maybe she'll reach the status of private citizen again. Right now, I'd call "Sara Palin, Private Citizen" an aspiration, and not what that's really being pursued.

This is the most ridiculous hair-splitting argument one could make.

Who did the favors and why is probably going to be coming out in the next few weeks. Without it you're skeptical that Sara Palin would ever do such a thing? Open your eyes, she's a wretched person, and dumb as a boat anchor. She certainly did her daughter no favors with any of this.

This is what they will soon find out about Sarah. The moose stew cooker should also be made to produce video of her at that conference giving her speech when she was nine months pregnant just before boarding an airplane with her water broken.

21. This has GOT to come out at court
If any one of those kids go to court for this, their lawyers would be nuts NOT to mention Willow's presence and actions that night.

And what about the homeowner, who's out $30,000? They could EASILY take this to civil court if law enforcement doesn't do their job.

I simply don't believe Palin has that much influence that the WHOLE system is doing her bidding.

26. The 2 or 3 being charged as adults
can easily make a big stink out of this, imo.

The others charged as jueveniles will probably have their cases under seal which could keep alot of it out of the media.

Aside from that, I think the parents of the boys will make a big issue out of this. Wouldn't be too suprised to learn that Willow is hanging around with the younger brothers/sisters of some of the same crowd that Bristol hung around with in her wild and crazy days.

That is strange...she's 15, who was looking after her while Sarah and Todd took the family to Hawaii?

The boys parents need to raise some hell about this. Why should all the girls get off while the boys face prosecution. Wouldn't that be gender discrimination?

67. the issue really isn't willow's behavior, its sarah palins' interference with law enforcement
I've known a lot of kids who have acted out, gotten in trouble, done dumb shit through the years and it happens when the kids parents are liberal, conservative and everything in-between. It also happens to the kids of parents who are politicians, doctors, teachers, businesspeople, ministers, rabbis, blue collar and white collar.

I grew up in the DC area and went to school with the kids of a number of high government officials (cabinet members, congresscritters, etc). A lot of these kids had parents who travelled a lot and they were among the first to toss an authorized party. And when they occasionally got in trouble, the matter often seemed to go away more quietly for them than it would have for some other kids. This was true of kids whose parents were Democrats as well as repubs. But usually, the matter was dropped for everyone, not just the kid with the important parent.

174. Willow's behavior is in play too
I have four children and I would have a problem with them vandalizing anyone's home or house or unoccupied dwelling.Look her mother interfering with keeping her daughter out of trouble is not the first time for " you betcha Palin " getting into some things that she uses her political weight to get behind. She had her sister's husband terminated for cheating on her sister. You would have thought he cheated with the wrong sister the way she was all up in that. And we as parents must teach our children that there are consequences for their actions whether they be good or bad.And some of us parents need to learn how to stand by your child as they go through some things not prevent some bad things from happening to them. All it teaches a child when you prevent them from taking responsibility for their actions is that they don't have to be responsible. And that mommy and daddy will come to my rescue no matter what. You are supposed to support your child but you should not let your child get off the hook for doing something wrong especially if its damage to someone's property. Even if the parents pay for the damage what about the inconvenience of the situation. Is that one of those turn the other cheek moments? And that bs about kids being kids doesn't lessen the fact that these kids have caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.Sarah was just being Sarah in my opinion.:hi: :hi: :hi:

66. Not the first time it was reported about Willow's bad behavoir - smoking pot & chugging vodka
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/01/15/the-trials-and-tribulatio_n_424741.html
This isn't the first time Willow Palin has received media attention for wild behavior. In July 2009, Star Magazine reported that it had pictures of the teenager chugging vodka and smoking pot. In 2008, the National Enquirer also reported that Track Palin, Sarah's oldest son, was addicted to the prescription drug oxycontin. The ex-governor wasn't happy then, either.

A classmate of Willow's reported to the National Enquirer:

"Willow has been running with the wrong crowd," confides a friend. "They are a popular high school clique known as the Colony Girls, who are well known as hard partiers and are regularly involved in underage drinking and smoking dope."

___________________________

These children are woefully neglected. I mean isn't Todd doing anything to take care of these kids while Sarah trollops around the nation inciting violence. Sarah says we should leave her children out of it, but shouldn't the fact that her 3 oldest kids were all serious trouble makers speak volumes about what horrible parents Sarah & Todd are. With 5 kids it's not odd that perhaps one gets into trouble but it seems that's the fate for all of these kids.

good friend told me that maybe I should back off on some of my volunteer activities and focus on him. I stopped almost everything (except soccer coach for my daughter's team) and actually home schooled my son for 8th grade because his teachers said he was just lazy (which he was starting to agree too). That was the best thing I ever did becasue now he is doing well in high school. We have one chance with our kids and if we don't do it right the first time then you have a life time of bailing them out and supporting them or watching them drink themselves to death like my brother did at age 44. Palin needs to stop everything and just focus on the family! What the hell is she doing all this for...what a fool!

113. She is a birth giver, a breeder - she is definitely not a parent.
Todd was just a sperm donor. Parenting and doing it well for those children to whom you give birth is a major deal - it is a freaking huge responsibility that will involve the parent every hour of every day for years.

Some women want to do no more than the birth givin' part. I don't know why. Some guys just want to donate their sperm, and do no more. Neither wish to "parent" their offspring.

The Palins are not parents. They were just breeders. It is a shame there is no law against it, but there you go. People like this, who are gifted with multiple children that they refuse to parent and abandon in that sense make me sick.

Edited on Tue Mar-30-10 01:04 PM by global1
If it were a kid of a Dem - it would be on the cable news shows 24/7. Somebody should notify TMZ about this as well.

119. There was a story in the National Enquirer
about this back in January.

PALIN'S BOOZY WILD CHILD

(snip)

(snip)

In July 2009, Willow was photographed slamming back a bottle of vodka at a Juneau house party. "Sarah was fuming when that photo of Willow was published," said the friend.

Track, meanwhile, has had drug problems in the past, and was addicted to the painkiller OxyContin before shipping off to Iraq.

127. I was just wondering how Sarah had managed to keep this out of the news
I'm still curious, actually, but I didn't realize that at least one source that wasn't a left-wing blog had reported on it. Still, I'd have thought this would have made it onto CNN or MSNBC if not one of the three major networks.

135. It only went up 24 hours ago
And Alaska is out of the way. It's going to take several days to move up from blogs to headlines, like a whole lot of other stories do. At the very least they have to send a reporter to Alaska and give them a little time to research it.

Be patient. If I had $1 for every major story that took a few days to hit the headlines while people on DU demanded to know why it wasn't being covered I'd be a rich man. Well not that rich, but certainly comfortably off. Very few stories are so obvious and easy to verify that they hit the headlines immediately.

97. Keep in mind the Prosecutor has to have a factual basis for choosing not to charge the girls...
IF one or more of the 'girls' have agreed to cooperate with the prosecution in exchange for a plea bargain, there is nothing the other defendants can do to change that decision.

HOWEVER, the defense attorneys for the 'boys' charged are entitled to receive any information relating to such promises and/or plea arrangements extended to the 'girls.' And this information is certainly relevant for the Court to consider in carrying out its functions: determining if the prosecution has presented sufficient evidence to support the charges, what cross-examination should be allowed of the girls called as witnesses if a trial is demanded, and if convicted what the appropriate punishment should be, and whether the testimony given by the girls is trustworthy and reliable.

IMHO the only way for Palin to keep a lid on this one is to make sure the 'boys' charged are extended plea offers that are so appealing that they choose not to demand a trial. Something in the order of a first offender offer with guaranteed record expungement to follow.

Sounds like the truth is already out concerning Willow.

What will be interesting is if people try to question Palin about the incident, and if Willow talks about it to her friends who will be offered big money from the tabloids to repeat what she said.

103. Having re-read portions of the OP
something just came to mind,

There will be a couple of adults charged. How will their tune change if the Alaska Justice Department brings additional charges of child molestation and rape.

Ask this simply because 1) the girls are not charged as participants and 2)at least one of them (Willow Palin) is a minor.

It was reported in the OP that their appeared to be evidence of sexual activity. There would have to be a reasonable belief that the sex involved at least one of the girls.

Do you think that a major part of the deal would have to include a promise that no additional charges and especially charges relating to sex with a minor?

109. I doubt that statutory rape would apply
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_America#Alaska

The age of consent is 16, provided the older partner is not in a position of authority.

(a) An offender commits the crime of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree if (1) being 16 years of age or older, the offender engages in sexual penetration with a person who is 13, 14, or 15 years of age and at least three years younger than the offender, or aids, induces, causes or encourages a person who is 13, 14, or 15 years of age and at least three years younger than the offender to engage in sexual penetration with another person...

-snip-

I'm just assuming the adults are 18. If older than yeah, if sex occurred then they could be charged.

I'd agree the adults were 18 at worst 19.

Willow is 15/16? We don't know the ages of the other girls nor of the other boys.

Was just a thought. A friend of mine's son spend a year in jail and is now on the pedophile list for having consensual sex with his 17 y/o girlfriend and when they broke up she claimed rape. I'd hate to see anyone have to endure that.

I just feel sorry for Willow. Sounds like she needs better structure in her life. I'd imagine it would be tough enough with one parents gone, but both Sarah and Todd are gone quite often.

Again, if this is true, if I was a parent of one of the boys I'd be raising hell.

and this story has 200+ recs.

GET OVER Sarah Palin people. We give her more attention than Fox News ever did. She was never anything more than a VP candidate, we constantly talk about how worthless she is, and yet we devote half the greatest page for her. What happened to DU, the site who exposed Jeff Gannon? We could never pull that off anymore given priorities here.

One of the strongest influences on the teabaggers, and is a potential Republican presidential prospect. Her misuse of her power in protecting her daughter from the consequences of illegal behavior is extremely relevant to this site.

If your real reason for posting this is that you don't want her exposed...well, it's going to happen and and you need to just get over it.

I'll see if Palin's GOP base will still be loyal now that TWO of her children have violated the Conservative Moral Code (one daughter got pregnant before marriage, the other partied like a spoiled brat of "liberal parents"). Hell, Sarah Palin even stepped in to drop the charges against Willow entirely. (But as governor of course any ordinary Alaskans who did the exact same thing would've had to have the book thrown on 'em)

Mother Sarah is out promoting violent insurrection, so her daughter's behavior seems almost pale by comparison. However, there seems to be a parallel -- run with a bad crowd, stir up trouble, don't accept any responsibility for your actions, and worry about consequences later. Whether Willow's "rogue" behavior is by example or a hereditary influence, it seems to offer credence to almost-family outcast Levi Johnston's assertion that he never saw a whole lot of parenting or supervision going on in the Palin household.

149. Perhaps the days of "protecting" the girls will soon be over. Crime data on the vicious
fighting and criminal gang behavior of girls is getting more press, and they don't deserve to "skate" under the old boy ideas that they were "influenced" by the guys. You burglarize and vandalize a house -- off to juvenile incarceration you go, regardless of gender. That's not small time graffiti --$20,000 in damage is substantial.

162. A question
As someone with better sources than most on the level of crazy in the Palin, I think all facts should come out and hopefully damn her even further. It would be wonderful if she were to end in jail where she most likely belongs.

That said... 20-30 grand in damages seems... unlikely. Even Republicans with expense accounts in a Bondage club only managed to spend 2k in a night. With Todd Palin and the "found" building materials and "friends" to help build it, i bet you could build a mansion from scratch with less than 30k. That number, which strikes me as unlikely, makes me wonder what other parts of the story might be exaggerations.

Anyhow, hope all her wrongdoing comes back on her.
