Andrew Giuliani, the son of ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani argued that a former Duke golf coach had lured him to the school with guarantees that he could compete and always use Duke's facilities.
Andrew Giuliani didn't make the cut - a federal judge Tuesday dismissed a case he filed after getting booted off the Duke University golf team.

The son of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani had argued that a former Duke golf coach, the late Rod Myers, had lured him to the school with guarantees that he could compete and always use Duke's athletic facilities.

But then Myers' replacement cut Giuliani from the team in 2008, allegedly after a series of run-ins with fellow golfers.

6. Reminds me of William Buckley's (another notorious ranter
against frivolous lawsuits) suit against his old college fraternity for beginning to admit women many years after his graduation. Apparently it's not really frivolous lawsuits the privileged are against, it's the chance that the poor might bring one and get some money from them!
