Teen accused of pimping her 7-year-old sister at N.J. party

Police in Trenton, N.J., have arrested one man in connection with the rape of a 7-year-old girl in sexual assaults allegedly arranged for money by the victim's 15-year-old sister at an apartment party, The Trentonian reports.

Gregory Leary, 20, has been accused of statutory rape of the teen, who has been charged for allegedly pimping her little sister to several individuals, after she herself had sex for money with numerous partners.

Police say that she took her little sister with her to the party after she met up with two male acquaintances.

She allegedly had sex for money there with multiple male partners, then gave her 7-year-old sister some money and told her to have sex with a group of males, including both juveniles and adults, police say.

We don't have all the facts here, so reducing this young girl to the level of "scum" might be unduly harsh.


If, for example, the 15YO had been introduced to sex in the same way by her mother, she would have learned the (grossly distorted) lesson that such behaior was normal and acceptable. Repeat that lesson from the age of 7, and a 15YO would be very confused. In those circumstances, she can't be expected to understand normal mores.

I'm not excusing her behavior. I do feel that she needs an extensive psychiatric evaluation to determine if she needs treatment rather than correction.

And she stopped being a victim the moment she sold her sister to be raped.

Many people are abused but they don't turn around and start hurting others.

She's not a victim anymore, she's a predator.
