7. The auction is not happening on Tuesday.

Because of the work being done with the lawyer who was hired to do legal work to set up a legal entity and work with the mortgage company to facilitate the sell, the auction had already been called off before all this hoopla started.

There will be a letter this weekend from the other party involved and I will post it on DU when he gets it written. He is a local doctor who has been involved since 2004 and has donated a LOT of money. Not to mention the legal fees invested in all of this. He bought the washing machine for the house in Aug 05. He's been trying to work with Johnny for several months. He has the money and just wants to save the house and the history. That is his only motive.

There was no danger of a "hostile" even being aware of the $$ and mortgage and auction until that SOS letter getting in the news.

There have been several meetings of 12 or 15 people over the last year and a half and Johnny was at all of them except the last one and he called them because the mortgage payment was behind again. And money was collected to make several payments each time.
