2. Does that 157,060 include the ones who have been kicked out?
or what do they call it here..."tombstoned"?

Serious question.

4. What are our shared beliefs?
Edited on Sat Apr-03-10 10:04 PM by StClone
I asked that a few months ago and the answer was DUers are to complicated, diverse and/or free thinking to ever have a consensus. If we can't agree on a few principles I don't expect much and we will always be outmaneuvered by our regimented lessers.

5. Very good question
Who We Are: Democratic Underground is an online community for Democrats and other progressives. Members are expected to be generally supportive of progressive ideals, and to support Democratic candidates for political office. Democratic Underground is not affiliated with the Democratic Party, and comments posted here are not representative of the Democratic Party or its candidates. Civility: Treat other members with respect. Do not post personal attacks against other members of this discussion forum.

What "progressive ideals" are is very ill defined and open to interpretation.
