LISTEN UP, if you happen to be in San diego County |
|
You know how well our water infrastructure is doing, which is NOT very good.
So that disaster training is kicking in, and my recommendation is for you to go out and get some bottled water, until we find out how our water pipes fared.
The same goes for other folks in Southern Cal and Arizona. Suffice it to say that the next few weeks we could see more ahem sink holes and pipes a bursting, but a common problem is that you get micro fractures that lead to problems with water potability...
So it is a good idea to either boil your water or get bottled. Oh and I usually hate getting bottled...
There are many reasons for this.
Oh and your city and county leaders will NOT tie those failures to a quake...

8. The bathtub is partially a good idea |
|
but if you do that, not all the way to the top, since it increases pressure, and water can go off and do a mess... when it is not necessary. Why we rarely recommended it.
And chances are we will be A-OK... but the local coverage is down right HYSTERICAL... I mean people will not travel down to Mexico since they are afraid of the aftershocks... I kind of laugh...
They are still waiting for the HUGE CASUALTIES and pancaked buildings... VULTURES.
