28. Right in the middle of "Red State" America...
...perhaps Sarah Palin, fresh off her TV career, can organize a prison show for the inmates.

22. Don't worry, they do.
Refusing orders to deploy is desertion. Desertion is worth a dishonorable discharge. They'll probably settle out of court for a other than honorable discharge. No benefits for him!

7. correct me if i'm wrong
but it's not like there's some burden of proof for presidential citizenship, right? I mean, even if it WASN'T all nonsense, it's not some standard bastion of presidential elections.

Not to mention, the one this guy is disobeying is actually his immediate commander, correct? Obama didn't personally walk to his apartment and deploy him. Shouldn't he be asking a joint chief, or someone like that, for THEIR birth certificate?

This is stupid he out to face court martial, lose all military benefits, be dishonorably discharged and face years in prison. What a douche I guess he doesn't really love his country.

16. Right!!
I'm surprised that people like him didn't demand to see proof that Bush won the 2000 (or 2004 election for that matter) fair and square. There were REAL "legitimacy" problems with Bush. It's interesting how ingrained this birther c**p has become in regards to Obama with some people.

Good luck with that, Sport.

If he's a Lieutenant Colonel he can't be real new at this soldiering stuff.
So the only other explanation is that he's as dumb as a sack of horse shit.

11. his embarrassed father says: “We're Obama supporters.”
Lakin's father, Frank Lakin of Greeley, said his son's video wasn't representative of the family.

“This does not reflect the opinions or the attitude of the family by any means,” Frank Lakin told the Greeley Tribune. “We're Obama supporters.”

19. He ought be court martialed
and given time then discharged. The whole backbone of the military is people following orders. This interferes with that, therefore he should be removed. It wouldn't matter if it was about Obama or how often he had to stand Office of the Day duties. In the militay you are not an independent thinker.........

27. Bush couldn't show his record of service -- he was AWOL
And yet many thousands had to go unwillingly to Bush's fraudulent war.

His military records were scrubbed during the presidential campaign. He never explained his absence from duty.

Ironic.

29. The Colonel has every right to know his CIC is legititmate...
...but unfortunately he doesn't have the right to establish his own standards for evidence. The President released his Birth Certificate, and the Republican Governor of the State that issued it said it was legitimate. Should be a pretty short trial.
