1. Too bad Canadians can't vote..........
and you can only vote once, too.

2. Twice? This is a collection scheme to collect names and
email addresses. When you submit the poll, you automatically become a member of this organization. There's a disclaimer that says so. As a member, you can't block phone calls from this organization. Notice that they want your ZIP code, too. Why? So they can grab your phone number.

So, vote in this poll, become a member of the organization and get email spam and solicitations by USPS mail and telephone for donations.

It's a cheap trick.

3. Wow, you're really smart Mineral Man!
You figured out the scam didn't you? An organization collecting names and signatures from people who sign an online petition or vote online. How did you ever figure that out, Mineral Man? Brilliant, I tell you!

4. You're too kind. I don't deserve such praise.
I'm always happy to pass on my observations.

6. People deserve to know their information will be used
for purposes beyond simply participating in a poll or signing a petition. Automatically making anyone who participates in this a de facto member of their organization is a tad too sly for me.

5. Sorry, but Pat Toomey is running for the Senate this year and desires the Vote
Pat Toomey was the person who forced Arlen Specter to switch parties last year, Arlen Specter was looking as losing the GOP nomination to Toomey, so Arlen Specter switched parties. Thus in Pennsylvania we may be seeing a Democratic Arlen Specter vs a GOP Toomey in the fall. That would move Toomey up several notches that Minnesota is NOT going to do with Bachmann, so I have to vote for Toomey instead.
